Blueberry Crumble

Ingredients:

 Filling:

  • 3 cups frozen or fresh blueberries

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 1 tsp almond or coconut flour

  • 1 tbl honey or maple syrup

 

Crumble:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  •  1/4 cup almond or coconut oil

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix your blueberries, sweetener of choice, lemon juice, and flour of choice and add to a baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine your oats, maple syrup, and flour until the mixture just comes together. but is still crumbly. Add your topping to your blueberries and bake for 45 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
